Since I was in my High School days I dreamt to have my own car someday and drive the whole town with my family and friends. It’s so nice and cool to see if a lady will driving the car and I can see myself that I’m one of it. In order for me to achieve that I must work hard and strive hard to earn enough money for that dream because there’s nothing impossible if you really wanted to achieve something in life.
My cousin was able to have his own car through his savings and at the same time by installment loans and bad credit personal loans through online lending company. I guess two years from now I can see myself driving my own car no matter what it takes though I consider it a long term goal. In the mean time my short term goal is to buy my own Samsung Tab through loans for bad credit this coming end of the month.
My brother was a computer literate because he finished Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at University of Manila. Then afterwards when I graduated in high school I decided to take as well the same course that my brother took up with the same school also. Now my brother has his own business he manage his computer shop and soon he open another branch of it. Well I was really impressed on his computer shop just because it was really spacious very relaxing ambiance and you will notice those personal computer that were highly modern or shall I say all of it in latest model. Each computer set is in HP Brand which is very convenient and accessible to use.
I also noticed his printer it was an HP brand and he used hewlett packard ink, and also toner for a fast and efficient printing. I am looking forward to build my own computer shop someday. On the other hand I am interested with the brand HP or Hewlett Packard brand was started. According to research HP Company started since 1939 by Stanford University grads, William R. Hewlett and David Packard. It is well known brands in the world especially for its line of personal computer printers, and providing Net Server computer platforms; scanners, plotters, personal computers, and networking products. It also sells applications and software services. In my personal view HP Brand is one of the leading computer brand in my country that’s why when I purchased laptop I chose HP though it is quiet expensive but when it comes to its quality all I can say it has the best quality among other brands. However , I read magazine a couple of days ago and I’ve seen photos of latest HP Notebook PCs that everyone must see.

In 2004 I met with a large technology company in Singapore that was desperate to understand how to improve its people’s performance. A woman named Anna who headed up the learning and development team took me on a tour of the group’s purpose-built operations center. While wandering through their offices, Anna pointed out remnants of various performance improvement initiative’s they’d rolled out over the last few years. They had been trying to improve the performance of their call center and reduce a crippling 40 percent turnover rate of employees.
Four years ago, consultants told them the problem was no one could define good performance. So the organization invested substantial resources into identifying some performance indicators. They decided to track three things: the number of seconds until a call was picked up; how many calls were picked up under sixty seconds; and the number of calls that hung up before being answered. They began sharing this data widely at monthly meetings, yet this made no difference to performance, and had no impact on retention.
